Please wait until 9 p.m. the night before departure to confirm your
reservation! Our dispatcher should call you between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. If
it is after 9 p.m. and you have not heard from us, then call. This
saves our dispatchers a lot of valuable time throughout the day to
answer other calls.
Arrivals

will give you detailed instructions on where to meet your driver outside
the baggage claim area.
