How Can I Make a Reservation?

Rides are available 24/7. Reservation hours are from 8am - 9pm. Call 808-763-6200 today!

Is There an Additional Charge for More Than One Person in My Party?

Our quoted flat rates include 1 to 4 people. If there are over 4 people in your party, there's an additional charge of $5.00 per person. The maximum number of people per vehicle is 6.

When I Book My Reservation for You to Pick Me up at the Honolulu International Airport, What Information Is Needed?

We will ask for the following information for arrivals into HNL:
  • Pickup date
  • Pickup time
  • Airline and flight number
  • Destination
  • Number of passengers
  • Party name and phone number

What If My Flight Arrival Into HNL Is Delayed or Changed?

To confirm your flight's actual arrival time into HNL, we always call the airport. Please notify us as soon as you're aware of any time change, if possible.

What If My Flight's Departure Time Is Delayed or Changed and I Want to Change My Pickup Time From My Home or Hotel?

As soon as you are aware of a time change, please notify us and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

How Far in Advance Do I Need to Make My Reservation?

We ask that you please schedule your reservation at least 2 days prior to your pickup time.

Once My Plane Lands at HNL, When Should I Contact You? 

Call us at 808-763-6200 when you arrive at baggage claim. We'll instruct you to the designated airport pickup area closest to your location and give you the information about your driver's vehicle. If you don't have luggage to recover at baggage claim, please call us after disembarking the plane. 

Do You Take Credit Cards?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. It helps us if you let us know that you will be paying by credit card when making your reservation. Please let your driver know you will be paying by credit card prior to leaving your home or hotel to avoid any delays at the airport. There's an additional $2.00 fee for all credit card transactions.

Are There Additional Charges for Oversized Items?

For surfboards, bicycles, and oversized boxes, there's a $5.00 per item charge.
